I am fascinated about, and work towards, well-functioning systems with clear rules of engagement and respectful and interest-based collaboration and negotiation. My work includes business plans and business cases, outsourcing transactions, procurement category strategies, risk and financial frameworks and policies, and service transformation. Lately, following clients’ needs, my work has centered in on achieving savings in procurement and lowering run rate cost.
Highly strategic and well-versed across business functions, I act as trusted advisor and leverage my experiences from consulting (McKinsey, Accenture) and from industry (Zurich Insurance, UBS). I am quick to see the essence of problems, and enjoy it to engage with new clients. Problems that fit me are complex and cross-functional, and it typically requires agility to grasp and address them. Socially apt and confident in communication and negotiation, I interact with care. I energize from people and care about organizational performance and team health. How I work
After hearing what you need and want, I like to understand where you are, to select the right approach and set a speed and level of ambition that will work.
I am usually quick and clear to relay what I have understood, and do that to check that we work in the right way.
Often I visualize things by hand; with some clients slides get made only for reviews and at the handover.
When working with data, I structure it well and hand it over in a clear fashion.
What I like
I like to meet at the start of engagements, and always put video on for remote work.
I like it when you equip me with your PC, so that I can navigate your Intranet and network of people independently.
My favorite clients are open in their thinking and available to collaborate, curious and critical, and on the path of always setting higher standards and expectations.
With a recent master in Healthcare Management, I favor work in the life sciences sector.
